People follow my career advice if they want to get and keep the right job! Whatever they have been doing must not be working or they would have already gotten the job they wanted.

It’s that simple…you are doing something to repel potential employers and that keeps them from hiring you. Once candidates realize what they are saying and doing that results in rejection, and change that pattern, they will achieve all they want quickly and easily. If you want real change and are willing to put in a little effort and follow my advice, you can beat the odds of any economy, overcome any setback or banish any perceived weakness.

With 15 years of experience finding, coaching and placing candidates for all sorts of jobs, I don’t sugar coat the facts. I know how hiring managers make decisions and how you and your resume can meet their expectations.
