The paper is not the person

Well, you might have read my blog from a couple weeks ago of us reflecting a resume that was almost completely phonically written.

With a bit of tweaking and improvement on the resume, (thank you Kim), that person is working for me right now. He is doing a good job and is now enhancing his life.

It was his paper, not him, holding him back.

People follow my career advice if they want to get and keep the right job! Whatever they have been doing must not be working or they would have already gotten the job they wanted.

It’s that simple…you are doing something to repel potential employers and that keeps them from hiring you. Once candidates realize what they are saying and doing that results in rejection, and change that pattern, they will achieve all they want quickly and easily. With 15 years of experience finding, coaching and placing candidates for all sorts of jobs, I don’t sugar coat the facts. I know how hiring managers make decisions and how you and your resume can meet their expectations. When it comes to what you need to do for success I speak very directly, which means I get right to the point and save you time and money. My job is to get you to your goal of getting and keeping the right job.
