Are you prepared to navigate the current job market?

People follow my career advice if they want to get and keep the right job! Whatever they have been doing must not be working or they would have already gotten the job they wanted.

It’s that simple…you are doing something to repel potential employers and that keeps them from hiring you. The reason I tell you exactly what needs to be done is because in the hiring environment, employers will never give you a clue about why you've been eliminated. So you will continue to make the same mistakes and get the same results…unless you accept some tough love advice and let me guide you in making the little changes that get you noticed and hired.

Once candidates realize what they are saying and doing that results in rejection, and change that pattern, they will achieve all they want quickly and easily. If you want real change and are willing to put in a little effort and follow my advice, you can beat the odds of any economy, overcome any setback or banish any perceived weakness.

With 15 years of experience finding, coaching and placing candidates for all sorts of jobs, I don’t sugar coat the facts. I know how hiring managers make decisions and how you and your resume can meet their expectations. When it comes to what you need to do for success I speak very directly, which means I get right to the point and save you time and money. My job is to get you to your goal of getting and keeping the right job.

Many people are stuck with no work, no prospects and in no position to know what they want or would enjoy. With the stress that comes with being unemployed- financial hardship, family pressures, loss of status- people find themselves in a not so positive a state.

I believe that everyone is employable, if they want to be, it just requires the know-how and confidence I can give you. It can be as simple as a few corrections to your career communication to get into rapport with the people who making hiring decisions. Since people tend to like and favor people who are like them, you will find that your career opportunities improve dramatically when you use my tips to connect during every encounter with a potential employer. You may be offered jobs when you haven't yet applied.

My program of CORE Career Communication is divided into four important areas. I focus on Verbal, Non-Verbal, Internal and External Communication. Everything you say to yourself and whatever you say to others in a resume, phone call, email, or interview is the difference between you or someone else getting hired.
