It's Monday choose to be inspired

In my line of work, it becomes easy to focus on the people that don't seem to want to work or make the effort, however, I have seen so many people that I have employed get that opportunity and make a difference.

This is just a reminder of people wanting that opportunity, and getting it.

Are you prepared to navigate the current job market?

People follow my career advice if they want to get and keep the right job! Whatever they have been doing must not be working or they would have already gotten the job they wanted.

It’s that simple…you are doing something to repel potential employers and that keeps them from hiring you. The reason I tell you exactly what needs to be done is because in the hiring environment, employers will never give you a clue about why you've been eliminated. So you will continue to make the same mistakes and get the same results…unless you accept some tough love advice and let me guide you in making the little changes that get you noticed and hired.

Once candidates realize what they are saying and doing that results in rejection, and change that pattern, they will achieve all they want quickly and easily. With 15 years of experience finding, coaching and placing candidates for all sorts of jobs, I don’t sugar coat the facts.
