Are you prepared to navigate the current job market?

People follow my career advice if they want to get and keep the right job! Whatever they have been doing must not be working or they would have already gotten the job they wanted.

It’s that simple…you are doing something to repel potential employers and that keeps them from hiring you. The reason I tell you exactly what needs to be done is because in the hiring environment, employers will never give you a clue about why you've been eliminated. With 15 years of experience finding, coaching and placing candidates for all sorts of jobs, I don’t sugar coat the facts. I know how hiring managers make decisions and how you and your resume can meet their expectations. When it comes to what you need to do for success I speak very directly, which means I get right to the point and save you time and money. My job is to get you to your goal of getting and keeping the right job.

Many people are stuck with no work, no prospects and in no position to know what they want or would enjoy. With the stress that comes with being unemployed- financial hardship, family pressures, loss of status- people find themselves in a not so positive a state.
