It’s that simple…you are doing something to repel potential employers and that keeps them from hiring you. The reason I tell you exactly what needs to be done is because in the hiring environment, employers will never give you a clue about why you've been eliminated. So you will continue to make the same mistakes and get the same results…unless you accept some tough love advice and let me guide you in making the little changes that get you noticed and hired.

Once candidates realize what they are saying and doing that results in rejection, and change that pattern, they will achieve all they want quickly and easily. With 15 years of experience finding, coaching and placing candidates for all sorts of jobs, I don’t sugar coat the facts. I know how hiring managers make decisions and how you and your resume can meet their expectations. When it comes to what you need to do for success I speak very directly, which means I get right to the point and save you time and money. My job is to get you to your goal of getting and keeping the right job.
